Speaking to Starr Today Tuesday evening, the medical superintendent of the GHAPOHA Hospital Dr Boateng Duah said Ms Ada, as she is popularly called, had her dinner at about 5.30pm.
“She is currently out of sedation,” Dr Duah confirmed to Starr FM. “She has had a meal.”
He said the traumatised broadcaster needs a lot of rest following her ordeal and will only be interviewed Wednesday to narrate exactly what she went through.
“We have to be gradual because it has been a traumatic issue and we don’t want to force things out of her. We want her to rest then we can get her to talk,” Dr Duah said.
He said she would be interviewed by a team made up of clinical psychologists, a crime officer and himself.
Dr Duah assured extra security has been provided at the hospital to protect the YFM employee.
Ms Ada was allegedly kidnapped for a week. She was rescued Tuesday morning after her kidnappers sexually abused her and circulated her nude photographs on social media.
